The Consulting Academy
Open to every student curious about consulting — no application required. Learn the fundamentals from members who’ve already been through it, meet the firms, and finish the semester with a real case competition.
What Academy Members Do
No application, no interview. The Consulting Academy presented by MCA is a place to learn what consulting is before you have to decide if it’s for you. Every week is taught by the students who just went through recruiting themselves.
Weekly sessions, taught by peers
Last year’s Associates lead every session — covering the basics of consulting, resumes, networking, and an introduction to casing, one topic at a time.
Monthly meetings with the whole org
Once a month, Academy joins MCA Associates for a larger event — speakers, panels, and workshops you won’t find in a normal weekly session.
Case competition to close it out
The Fall semester culminates in a case competition where you can put everything you learned into practice, on a team, for a prize.
