Exclusive Sophomore Recruiting Cohort

MCA Associate Program

A selective cohort of sophomores who train together for consulting recruiting, including case interviews, behavioral prep, and direct access to the firms and alumni who hire.

The Consulting Academy

Open to everyone: an introduction to consulting through weekly Academy sessions and signature events. Intended for underclassmen.

  • Open to all, no application required
  • Learn the basics of consulting from experienced members
  • Speakers, workshops, and a closing case competition
  • Great experience to add to your résumé

About Us

MCA uses a mentorship model to train and prepare UT students interested in recruiting for management consulting. Led by a board of mentors who have each successfully navigated the recruiting process, we give you the guidance, insights, and support you need to walk into the interview room with confidence.

Meet the Board
Workshops

MCA members go through a 10-week training program aimed at covering all aspects of the recruiting process, from case interviews to networking.

Mentorship

Members are paired with a personal mentor throughout the year while also participating in weekly office hours with other board members.

Our 150+ person alumni network helps you connect with professionals at virtually all major consulting firms.
